Nascido em Leiria, fez toda a escola secundária na zona de Lisboa.
Licenciado em Teologia pela Faculté Adventiste de Théologie, França,
e em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa.
Mestre em Direito Internacional, com uma dissertação intitulada
Os Actos Terroristas Contra a Navegação à Luz do Direito Internacional.
Sendo também instrutor de mergulho com escafandro, músico amador,
fotógrafo amador, programador de computadores e engenheiro de redes
de computadores, os seus interesses flutuam entre a música,
a fotografia, o mar e o ciberespaço.

Born in Leiria, Portugal, has a Licence en Théologie awarded by the
Faculté Adventiste de Théologie, France, and a 5-year Law degree
achieved at the Lisbon University, Lisbon, Portugal. He has a
Master's degree in International Law, by the same University,
with a dissertation on Terrorism at Sea in International Law.
Being a scuba diving instructor, a musician, a
computer programmer and a certified network engineer,
his interests float between music, sea and cyberspace.
